Just got my Izula kydex sheath... but it doesn't fit!

What should I do now? I've read a little bit about how you can heat treat it to make it form better, but I have no experience.. is that difficult?

Who did you get it from. How bad is the fit. You can use a heat gun to make it soft enough to put your knife in it and remold it, but if its that bad then I would just send it back for a refund. Hope things work out for you.

It's incredibly tough to fit it in. It's like I have to push it into the ground to get the sheath in

Damn, I just received a kydex sheath for my Fallkniven F1 that I ordered at the same time. It doesn't fit either. Is this bad luck or what?
