This knife is even better than I hoped! Solid feel, great balance. It's a tank!

One question: How is the desert finish on the blade going to hold up? Any recommendations on what to clean/care for it with? I use CLP (http://www.break-free.com/) on my Glock and wondered if this would be ok?

Thanks!

Don't use it to pry a stuck doorknob assembly out of a door. This specific action will result in scratches. I know this for sure.

lol. The finish holds up great, but will scratch off from things that would normally scratch off powdercoat.

Break free will work fine. However if you plan on ever using it on food a better option would be mineral oil. Stay away from Vegetable or olive oil because it will get gummy. You can also use beeswax. just run the blade through it once or twice and you are good to go.

Much thanks for trusting us with your knife purchases!

Welcome and you chose the same RC4 as me.

These are great little knives. Mine has become my EDC blade. I convexed my edge so it is now even sharper than before. The powder coat holds up amazingly well, but it doesnt bother me if it gets scratched.

The more you use it the more you'll love it.
