Just got my sage Chopweiler that was ordered Tuesday. What a nice chopper. I've ordered the Spec Ops Tan sheath to house it. Can't wait to get it out and get it dirty. :)

Feed it well my rat-brother. Nothing worse than a hungry 'Weiler. You're gonna love it.

Got my Muddy CW today, and that makes BLK, SAGE, MUDDY, sniff-----sniff, all I need is the OD.

Oh ERRIIICCCC!!!!!

Patience, brother RattMo. Patience. That OD will come. Bully never fails his followers.

Just got my sage. It's way sharper than any of my previous rats, sharp enough to shave in fact. I kinda got carried way, and all I can say is I'm wearing a long sleeve t-shirt tomorrow. I'm hesitant to use and dull it because I cant really sharpen that well, but its hard fighting the urge to chop. At first I didn't really like the new handle design, but now as I hold it I think I perfer It.

the shack is taking its toll on my bank account already!!!! got the Special Ops sheath en route too!

Use it, use it, use it. This baby just begs to be fed a steady diet of hardwood. Do some research here about sharpening with the leather or mousepad and sandpaper method. It's not that hard to get a good edge. And if you touch you Chopper up after each use you won't have to strat from scratch. Hey you sound like you can't wait to get it out in the field. Don't let a lack of sharpening skills deter you from your fun. You'll learn to hone with practice. NOW GET OUT THERE!!!

the long up to 8 inch spec ops sheath of their site. i got it in ACU to match my uniform.

I got the 8 inch Spec Ops in tan. Nice sheath but the plastic liner is a little snug. I may have to work on it a bit but should work out well. For the sake of the credit card, I hope nothing new comes along for a little while from the rat trap, NOT.

dude, between the Weiler, the DFLE from the yard and another offering from Justin my bank acct is bone dry....... Hopefully Eric waits til after the first of the year to release the Mastif <hint>:D

Tell me about it. Such a bad time of year to have so much killer stuff on the exchange. Maybe Santa will bring something nice for me.
I hear ya, the problem is, Santa (aka Mrs Bullets) is a tad fed up with the hobby spending so I highly doubt there will be anything steel under the tree for me :grumpy:

my best presents are always the ones to myself.... it is called understanding the real meaning of Christmas :D

I always just refered to buying the best present for me as feeding the BARBARIAN side:thumbup:. I'm always happy when I get things that cut, launch arrows, or shoots lead. Then I don't have to worry about taking it back, for it's the wrong size, type etc. Christmas is good.

OK. I decided to break in my chopweiler today. It was awesome. After about 30 minutes if constant chopping the edge was hardly dulled. This is an awesome knife. I need a sheath and am waiting to see what Eric gets in @ the shop. Hopefully Leatherman or Chuddy Bear danglers...
