Finally my big flat-ground got a little brother ( or is it sister ? ) :D

It's great! I really like the silver color thumb-stud and backspacer together with the micarta inlay. (Blue would have been silly)
I really like that CRK made this knife without the polished scales and blade as on the wood or leather inlay models. This looks just right!
Fit & finish is perfect as expected. 50% lock up. blade is perfectly centered and ground. Razor sharp. Smooth action.
The CRK lanyard was about the size of the whole knife, so I made a small 'lanyard knot' with flat paracord (without the inner strands).
The size is real nice, grip is excellent. Tomorrow it will get it's first day of EDC...and many more to come!

Ted, is that a custom or is it part of the line up?

Geoff, The micarta inlay models are part of the line up at the moment. Only in the classic shape, large & small.

And they are also available left handed. I'm a couple weeks away from my large lefty with serrations.

Wow the madness is just never ending.

Now who can I sucker into buying me one of those?

Looks real nice.

man that looks nice; like the combo of materials. I have two small sebbies. You won't be disappointed.

I just received a large micarta for the passaround.

It's very nice, which is no surprise!

Now I want a LE edition with the micarta!

I got one from truenorth, but had to send it to CRK bc the tip was rounded. Mike took great care of it and the new tip is like a needle! Plus he sent me a tshirt and tube of grease! The knife is awesome! I didn't know they finished the blade with more of a polish, but i noiticed it was shiny and was like what?...compared it to my plain one and was like woah this stone wash is way better! And the silver stud really compliments it.

Yet another simple but awesome evolution of the Sebenza

I have a pic...anyone want to host it for me? I can't seem to make it small enough for an attachment.

I can't really tell from the pics but is that micarta polished or does it have a 'grippy' texture to it?
