Other than the custom shop damascus stag handled 110 I had (why did I sell that:mad::(), a customized Ranger (again :mad:), and lusting after a chipflint 110, I haven't been a big fan of the 110 designs. Just got my new SMKW catalog, and there is a "legacy" 110 on the cover. Same steel as the regular 110, but bone handles, with a neat Buck logo on the handle. Looks pretty good, might bump ahead of the chipflint 110 on my want list.

Also, are leather 110 sheaths still available? I've noticed that the new 110's only have nylon sheaths :confused:.
 
some of the 110's do come with leather sheaths
but i am willing to bet they will become scearcer
 
I saw that 110 on their website also. It says its backordered so I'll be checking back every once in a while to see when its in-stock.

The price isn't bad either.

60-70% of our 110's come with a leather sheath. This will not change anytime soon. Wal-Mart and a couple other retailers prefer the nylon sheaths.
