well i received the black CE trance from www.edcdepot.com (great service by the way, awesome prices and super fast shipping) a few hours ago and i love it. when i took it out of the box i was surprised at how slim it was compared to all my other knives, its really light also but very solid. at first i couldn't get the flipper to work right(a lot different than the one on my crkt m16), but after a little practice it works great, however i prefer to use the thumb stud's. i took this knife with me while i walked 9 holes at the golf course and it didn't bother me at all, unlike my other knives. daywalker you really did great with this one! if the subcom is anywhere near as good as this one its definetly going to be my next knife purchase. this is my favorite knife so far, and i have only had it for a few hours!

BTW, is this the ONLY knife you have? No, no...just kidding, but in this day and age, to hear that a coated combo-edge being a "favorite knife" is unusual!
I am glad that you like it, and not sure how your Black Trance is, but mine was really tight upon lock up. However, after flipping it open a lot, the coat wore off at the lockbar, now it's super smooth.:thumbup:
