Hello, I'm Jason. Not a knife guys just sort of stumbled onto this site.

I've been reading the board for some time and decided to get the ESEE 4. I got it about a month ago in the tan color and love it. Fine reason to use it where I normally would just use my little Benchmade or spyderco folder that's always in my pocket. After getting the ESEE 4 I started looking up a lot of reviews on youtube and started to develop a little hobby of sorts. I felt no reason to post up and say hello untill today...

In a small brown box was a ESEE 6 sitting on my desk at work. I ordered it from knifeworks.com over the holiday and have been anxiously waiting for it to arrive. After opening it up and holding it for the first time, its safe to say I'm turning into an addict.

I'd post a picture but I dont see how to... I'll post then go read the FAQ, figure out how to post a pic and get back.

Thanks to all the great info on this board and man I really like ESEE Cutlery:thumbup:

Welcome to the forum and to the addiction! To post a pic you have to upload the pic to a photo sharing site. Get the direct link and then click on the button with the mountains and the moon right above the message box.

Hey Jason. Welcome! Appreciate you being here.

You've caught the fever! It's okay, lots of us have.

imageshack.us will temporarily host pictures that you can use here on the forum. Once it uploads, on the right hand side there'll be something that says 'Embed This Image'....just select the Forum, do a Select All and then Copy, come back to this site and paste it. You can remove the bottom line that says 'image posted by imageshack.us' if you'd like.

It gives you options to resize the pictures so they aren't super huge.....one of them says forum/webpage and is around 240 or so that I used......check my JUST IN - TWO PACKAGES Thread for an example.

Jason,

Congrats on the purchase. I bought the ESEE-6 after spending a lot of time reading all of the posts on this site and other reviews regarding that knife. It's a solid piece of equipment and will probably outlast me, fruitcake and most cockroaches. Good choice.
