I'm surprised there's not already a thread to discuss the new Adamas model specifically the full size. If there was I did not see it in my search.

Just purchased a new one as I like Cru Wear and was interested in trying out this model. How is everyone liking theirs' so far? Pics always help!

Superb upgrade from the original. Love mine, and also the mini.

Updating the thread. I started it after I purchased one but now I've received the knife. I'm really impressed with this one.

I pre-ordered an auto from Blade HQ. Not sure when they will be getting a shipment in or where i am on the list. Was hoping to get it next week for my Bday, but i doubt that will happen.

I Finally got to unbox my new LG Adamas cruwear in black and all I can say is wowsers! This knife is big. I like big knives and compared to the rest of my collection, it is the biggest of the bunch. The build quality is sturdy and robust and the fit and finish top notch. Blade dead center and smooth beautiful action. Feels very good in hand and looks completely badass! I can't wait to put this knife to use and see what cruwear is all about.

My new Adamas auto finally came from Blade HQ and I love it so far!

I was looking at getting one until I saw a few lock failures on YouTube. For a hard use knife this is unacceptable

Now that's scary. I have the original (D2) model and it's a beast with a thick lock. Never had an issue with it.

That's wild. I've watched a ton of videos with people beating the crap out of the axis lock and it doesn't fail that easy. However....it's still a folding knife. I don't baton with them.

I've seen frame locks do the same thing. It seems on some locks on certain knives, when hit like that it causes the lock to jar out of lock up. Other knives, even the same model it won't fail. They seem solid as any otherwise and don't fail under steady pressure. None of my axis lock Benchmades fail when hit on the spine.

The 'Adamas' warblades are super-tough! I have two in the stable, and will add a third auto in plain-blade format. Great score, dude!
