I purchased that book a while back, still haven't finished it, so far it's been an excellent read. The old catalog excerpts are worth it alone.
 
Indeed it is a fantastic read. I've spoken to Mr. Anthony on several occasions. He is truly passionate about these old brands, and unbelievably knowledgeable on them. I'm planning on ordering his Tidioute book rather soon. He's going to be giving a lecture at the Queen Cutlery collectors show in July. Can't wait!
