Just hired a bookkeeper guys....don't know how I'm going to pay for it...:foot:.....but the good news is that I'll be able to get better organized and spend more time grinding and less time sorting papers on my desk. :foot:

Probably will only be a few hours a week on average....but I pity the job of having to sort through my "filing system".

You guys know what I mean?

:p

If it (bookkeeping) isn't something you enjoy or are inherently good at, farm it out. All too often the entrepreneur focuses on doing everything because otherwise it wouldn't get done. Once the business expands considerably though, as yours has, he can no longer manage to do everything himself and something suffers. Sometimes it is customer service, sometimes bookkeeping, but I think most often it is the business itself. The entrepreneur either loses control and closes shop or realizes control is slipping away and scales back the business in order to regain it. I'm glad to see you're taking charge and delegating the mundane tasks to someone else. Congrats:thumbup: and I hope it works out well for you.

How am I supposed to get any work done, now?!?
