Just How hard is..

CS Shinobu Tanto Blade? I know that its pretty tuff because of what I have put it thru, but is it so hard that if you hit it with a hammer will it shatter?

i doubt it would shatter, perhaps (probably??) bend, but i dont think shatter.

The only way to truly tell is to try it!

Take before and after pictures and post them here though.

If that is the AUS-8A/420 laminate then no it won't shatter readily assuming a proper heat treatment.
