Just How Tightly Should A Lockback Spring Closed!

I just got my bladeforums native ....it's real nice...except for one thing....most of the lockbacks I have spring closed very tightly once given a little push on the blade when closing....my native doesn't really do this.....it doesn't spring closed until the blade is practically inside the handle and it doesn't exhibit a tight snap closed.....what gives!!! Thanks, JEFF

I have no experience with the Native. I wouldn't sweat the lack of snapiness on closing as long as it closes and doesn't let the tip stick out to gauge holes in you/your pocket. Oh yeah, it should lock tight too.

Check the good bad ugly forum, you arent the only one that is having problems with the lockup.
