I have just renewed my Platinum membership which suddenly expired. Maybe I should pay a little more attention next time ...

This is a disgrace! If you had to run a knife website, you would understand how important these technical details are!

By the way, it's you who write the date wrong, although I admit, the Japanese do it best: year-month-date, 2011-10-01. Theirs sorts better on a spreadsheet than European or American dates.

Who would be crazy enough to run a knife forum? You get very strange people on those things.
 
This might seem like a stupid question but:

Where do I find the bit where I change my user group? Buggered if I can find it, or does it only show up once my subscription has been processed by Spark?

Been a while since I've had to do this. :(
 
Settings > Paid Subscriptions > After you've paid for your subscription REMEMBER TO CHANGE YOUR USERGROUP

Check the link periodically and it will tell you when your upgrade has gone through.
 
Thanks. Finally found it, I was looking in the wrong spot. Obviously more coffee is needed.

(Or maybe a new brain!)
 
As the day progresses, I find coffee works better than brains at getting the job done.
