Check it out:

Kit Knives:

Bush-Kit = 43 blades

Ness-Kit = 36 blades

Also I have 13 standard Nessmuks in 3/16" thick O1.........as well as....(and this is a first for me...one I'm really looking forward to).....19 Nessmuk blades in 1/8"+ CPM3V. These will be scandi ground and will be killer nessies. :D

Add to that 15 standard pattern Bushcraft blades...

All-in-all...126 blades.

And more coming soon!

Looks like it's going to get busy in the shop for a while.

Are the 3V Nessies spoken for? Is there any way to get on a list for one of those? If so, please add me to that list.

NONE of the 3V nessies are spoken for....this was a suggestion made by a few of the folks at the Blade Show...and now it's a reality. If you want one, go ahead and place an order for one on my Order Tracker. No deposit needed at this time. Your order will be a placeholder.

Don't get these confused with the 1/4" 3V Nessmuks I am already making...these are only 1/8" thick.

I'll update the pic asap.

Dan,

What would be a ballpark figure for the Nessies you are doing now in 1/8" 3V with green canvas micarta scales (nothing extra or fancy)? I forgot my password to the order tracker and will have to get it at home tonight.

I still want to keep my 1/4" 3V order in the tracker. I just would like to pick up a traditional scandi grind too sometime, and this run sounds pretty cool. Any plans on doing a 1095 scandi grind run anytime soon? Perhaps another Nessmuk Friday? :)

Thanks
Chris

Ballpark pricing seems to be around $185 with micarta

Quite a bit more than the 1095 nessmuks...but practically indestructible and somewhat resistant to tarnishing.

I do plan on doing another Nessmuk Friday run of 1095 scandi-ground nessmuks...but probably not until September.

Dan

Order for one of the 19 scandi ground Nessmuks in 1/8" CPM3V with a green canvas micarta handle placed in the tracker. It didn't show up at the bottom of the list, but the order was placed.

These should be pretty cool. I am looking forward to seeing them.

The survivor have indeed been cut and the 45s ground. I'm starting the bevels as soon as I can dig myself out of this after-Blade-after-Philmont hole I'm in...:foot:

:D
