Just wanted to let you all know it has been done, well. I tried to take a picture but it came out all bad, just like the stuff in the abscess. AND I was screaming a bit...
Love the endura4, going to get a pacific salt H1 next, but I still love my harpy best!!!!!FTROY!:p

I don't know how I feel about this.

Probably 15 years or so ago I had a Jess Horn that I ripped the clip off of about 20 minutes into my ownership of it. It turned out to be the perfect size to dig ingrown hairs out of my neck.

I use the tip of my manix to unzip fingers and feet for splinters. Works well. And the kids never even make a peep. When the pin and tweezers come out its a different story!

Last weekend while riding in a car my buddy in the back seat asked for a knife and of course I'm the only one with a one so I handed him my LW manix. After a minute he said wow the tip in this thing is sharp!

I looked over my shoulder and he had his shoe off popping a blister on the back of his foot:barf:

I made a two mental notes to myself.. Ask what they need it for and sanitize this one before slicing any more cucumbers for a test taste while picking the garden.

Sounds like something one of my buddies would do. That would be the last time my Manix was I his hands. It's one thing for me to do that, it's another to have someone else do it. I hope you let him know about himself. Lol

ermm... if the abscess has an eye, you could just open it by dabbing hydrogen peroxide. no need for lancing.

The worse part of it is I gave him my brandy new delica 4 a month or so ago because he was admiring it but he leaves it at home most of the time.

When you need a knife with a point you NEED a knife with a point. Keep a close eye on that wound.

Hope you sterilized the blade with Scotch or similar. Keep an eye on it and if it gets worse, then you can use your Endura to chop off the affected area. Have your camera working, many here will want to see pics. Lancing an abscess not so much.
