Just made my first video

First, it is a very good video of the process.

There are some errors:
1) The biggest error is the jar of ice water. The ice isn't the problem, it is the time you are using it. During grinding pre-HT, you don't need to dunk the knife for any reason beyond keeping it cool enough to hold. You can grind until it is smoking hot and it won't hurt anything.
2) The post HT sanding and grinding was skipped over. That is where you have to dunk the blade every few passes to keep from ruining the temper. Move the ice water jar part there.

Also, it looks like the torch end is too far in the brick. It also helps to have the hole for the torch a tad larger.

I was dipping in the water pre and post HT. But it makes sense that you don't need it pre HT, cuz your gonna heat it anyway.

I like how you noticed the size of the forge opening, I have to make it bigger which is on my to do list. But the flame is in a good spot, will work for both short and long blades.
