Just thinking about knives I have owned- what worked for me and what did not.
I dearly loved my Project 1 for shelter building, camp chores, just general "big" knife outdoor use. However, I never got used to the grip. I also prefer something other than steel for handle as far as use in winter. I also had no use for the serrations and would prefer a plain edge for finer work. Then I owned the GB and love the grip! but the blade was not design for what I wanted it for.

So my ideal Franken-Reeve id the P1, plain edge in A2 with the GB slabs and reduced guards. For now, I just miss my P1.....

What is your dream CR?
