I don't know if any of you have seen thread in the General section but I'm buying my GF's little brother a knife for high school graduation. I just got on New Graham and I was going to order him a Spyderco Native so I said to myself "What a perfect time to go ahead and order a BK2!!!!". :D

BK2's are out of stock! NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! WWWWWHHHHYYYYYYY!!!!!!!! WWWWWWHHHHHYYYYYYY MMMMEEEE!!!!

I know I can order it from somewhere else, but NGK has been very good to me so I will keep sending my money to them and no one else. Looks like I'll have to wait...:grumpy:

The wait really is a pain in the you know what, but  to you for customer loyalty.

lol.. they must have heard you cries of anguish.

I just noticed the price drops in RATs at NGK. Unfortunatley, the ones I want are out :(

No need to worry about that.

There will be lots-o-pics of the BK9, BK11, BK13, and BK2 in a pile!!!!

Becker dog pile!!!!!!

Well thanks for great knives! I really use the BK11 a ton and I LOVE the fact that in a few mins I can get the BK9 shaving sharp...There's just something about a blade that large being able to shave hair off your arms...awesome.

I really feel like the BK2 will turn into the knife I use the most for outdoors stuff (other than chopping). I think the length and thickness will make it a great all around knife/prybar. I foresee the BK2 going on many, many, many fishing trips.

Now I just need to figure out a way to sneak a BK7 in there at a time when the woman wont notice! :D

rmc, just tell her it's a package from the "pharmacy"....she'll simply think you're doing drugs.....:D

I think you could bank on that idea.

For an extra $5 you guys could ship stuff so it looks like it came from the "Pharmacy". Guys all around the country could just tell the women that they are stocking up on "Advil". :D

Might work....you know the bandage holders we ship???....well one fellow was hiding them in a drawer...wife found about two dozen of them...
B U S T E D! Fellows, you have got to hide your stash better. :D

Ethan, you know we were talking bears in Atlanta...well, couple days ago I walked up on one....noticed him about 30 feet away....watched him for a short while before he picked up my scent then off he went. Last week, I startled one about 10 feet from me....he saw me first and luckily, went the other way. Can't say I was scared, but sure did get my attention!
Stay well, Mike

Hey Mike...

I love those bandage holders! I have about 3 of them and they came in very handy in my dorm room last year. When my room mates asked if I had any bandages i'd say "Check the fridge door" Thanks again!

Look what's here!!!! People who say the BK2 is built like a tank are wrong, its built like the Hoover Dam. People who say its a "Train wrecker" are also wrong, its a more like a MOAB-destroy the whole town-and kill all life for miles-wrecker!

Seriously I have a pry bar made of 1095 thats thinner than the BK2. I started uncontrollably laughing like a mad scientist when I pulled the BK2 out of its box. Amazing!

I'll start another thread in a few days with all my Beckers.

Are you trying to say that you're just like the rest of us BK-2 owners: that you love it?

You aren't kidding, no amount of reading prepared me for when I first played with a BK2. They're just freaking Sherman tanks. I feel like one could replace the Jaws of Life.

Tell me about it...this thing is rock solid!

Ask anyone I know how good I am at destroying/breaking stuff and they will tell you I'm the best. I dont think I can even come close to hurting this knife.

Just a little! :D

When I started looking I said "I'll start with the BK9 or BK7 and not that little tiny BK2". I couldn't have been any more wrong!!!!!

I wish I got the BK2 first!

I got the BK-2 first, and it kinda spoiled me for other knives of that size. When I first pulled it out of the box, I knew I had found my magic blade. It's not quite as pretty now, after chopping and batoning, but it still cuts like the champ that it is.

Love it.
