I am sold on the Esee-4,Izula I'm buyin.

I love the sheaths on all the knives I mean awsome really.

Things I would like to see or wishful thinking.
1#accessory pouch for the Esee-4.
2#I love the design of the Esee-4 so I think it would be awsome in a larger version like a 6 or 7-What I don't like about the Esee-6 is its the shorter blade size with that handle shape(never been crazy about the handle shape)-I love my rat-7 and I let the handle shape slide with it.But the Esee-4 design, handle, blade Is perfect so just make it bigger!
3#Make me an Esee sheath for my rat 7.Did I mention I love your sheaths?
4#Your whole line of knives also available in the 440c.
5# Combination sheaths like a Esee-6 with a Esee 4,or izula-Esee-4 with izula

Thats all I can think of right now.
I would still like a test run on the 6.
My 2 cents...

hi, the accessory pouch for the 5 and 6 will fit on the 4 sheath too you just gotta squeeze the bottom screw holes together alittle.

other than that you should try the 6 in hand i have the rat 7 too and even though the handles are very close the 6 balances and feels much better in the hand.

Good to hear about the accessory pouch.
As for the handles on the 6-7 I find that if your doing really nasty chopping(or chopping in general) where the handle is wet or slimy like with fish the handle is very hard to hold on to.The Esee 4 has a handle you can hold on to and its appealing to the eye.jmo

the only thing I would like to see is the RC-4 with black blade and the DT canvas micarta handle scales.

Where do you find these accessory pouches?

I can already tell this forum is going to cost me some money. :D

Hey all. Well I can see by the many people that seem to be sold on the rat/esee knives, that it looks like this is going to be a pricy thread for me as well. *sigh* Until I entered this forum I did not know of rat/esee knives. In fact of all the knive users and makers I know, the name was never brought up? So, If I remember the link right, the 14 in. entire, and blade 10 in. of the Jungla is about $230-$270 or so? OK now I have to get a bowie sized hacker and test one of these bad boys. Any recomendations? I want the 10 in.+ blade, handle? I have seen many on the pic site, but only a whiteish handle offered at the esee site/link. Ok anyone know the RC on a Jungla? and best grip to ask esee for? or your ideas? Thanks much. Enjoy. edgy:thumbup:

You can get the Junglas for a lot less than that.
It only comes with the grey linen micarta scales.

16.5" long OAL with 10" of blade.

The Kumunga is a nice 10 inch limber and chopper too, 2Edgy. If you're looking for something just to try to see if it fits the niche you're looking for, they cost about 30 bucks. If it's not your thing, it will save you 200 bucks in the long run.
