I am so broke, i gotta wipe with leaves.

Seriously folks, as soon as the bdc and kerambit arrive, i will be done buying stuff here.

(I think I bought about 20 HI products since november)

4 of them over 25" long....

At the end of my tour, I decided to keep:

30" Gelbu Special
21" Gelbu Special
Rod Allen Hanshee
Ak Bowie
JKM-1
Kerambit
14" BDC

That, I think, is a respectable, all season collection.
I consider each of them an heirloom.

Danny, I don't see anything appropriate for use on old growth oak from the south side of a north running ridge on a shady day during a typhoon before lunch...

You'll have to add *at least one more*

....still wondering when Danny will ever ask Bill for a 42" janawar....

No, I can't do this.....Yes you can....but why start now? eh?

Everyday, I say no more for a while.....I've got four in the mail as we speak though only one is an HI. It is addictive isn't it?

At least it's non-fattening :p :D

The long Siru, the New Model, and a YCS

:-) SWMBO is gonna kick my a$$, but it'll be worth it!

And at least *now* I can keep the SHARP! :-)

I'm starting to feel like one of the "beanie-baby" collectors I used to laugh at. Not only do I need at least one of each kind, I need one of each kind from each Kami!

(Shaking-) I would rather have Khukuirs than food! I think I would rather have Khukuris than sex, but it's been so long, I can't remember.

Heehee. Gingko leaves?
Well, if you thinnk you can use your will alone to break HIKV, let us know how ya did it. You still managed to get a nice collection, and hey--there's a gift Bilton on the way too (well not yet, I'll ship it with the bo shuriken). So I guess yer really not done now, are ye!::D

YCS--Nasty, you conniving, sneaky, resourceful so-and-so! Is it an older one from a previous owner, or a new one? Post pix! Everybody gotta have a YCS. I knew from the first time I saw one (shortly after my firth ever blem purchase) I'd hafta have one. The AK and the YCS are my only remaining HI khuks, the rest of the coll is special runs.

I feel your pain, though Danny. I have finally managed to appease the IRS, and I'm wondering how I can hold the Commonwealth of Kentucky off for a little while. Why don't they understand that khuks are more important? I mean, I'll use them much more often than I will most other state services. It's just not fair. :grumpy: ;) :p

OH_OH_OH!!! ROTFL

It's an original plain one...definately old stock. I'm anxious to get it...and it was the same for me...it earned a "Most Desired" status from the first time I saw it.

ive got 2 more coming.... wich'll make ten.. lots of ak's and siru's....
yeeees, just one more until someone says "but what about dedicated log splitting? you got anything for that?"

its been worth every penny so far :D

MacHete, think about it... you actually need *three* of each kind from each kami. How else do you know that you have an accurate example of their work? If you stick with one, you may wind up with an unusually bad sample. Get three, and then you can judge the nature of their work from the best two out of three.

Of course, their work will change over time, so you'll need three from each kami every year. :)

You are SO right! What was I thinking?!?!?
 :D :p :D

I'm glad you were stopped from making a horrible mistake... hopefully now you see the error of your ways. Now, of course, there remains the question of what to do with the two out of three khuks you don't need. :) *cough cough*
