Just ordered a BK-15...

The Becker I own is a older Camillus BK-7. I've wanted a BK-15 for a while but kind of put it of the back burner because here was always something else to buy.

I saw a few weeks ago that they'd been discontinued so I thought I better get one before they're gone. Surprisingly, they're cheaper now than ever. I bought mine for under $40 with free shipping. I guess they must have really been a poor seller.

I can't wait to get it in my hands!
 
Just ordered one myself today and took advantage of 710's sheath sale too. Can't wait to see if it's a knife that will grow on me. It's a completely out of the norm blade from what I typically use. I'm really looking forward to it!!!

Congrats! Suoerfantabulous Blade. I'm going to order one as well for my buddy who's watching my place while I'm gone. It will be a surprise. I'll have it delivered and tell him to grab it off the porch. Man, I'm such a nice guy....
 
You really can't beat the 15 - a true outdoorsman's knife.

BTW, it didn't get it's nickname as The Worlds Best Steak Knife for no reason!

I'd tell you but the last time I posted where I got a good deal some mod gave me a citation to appear in Internet court. The rules for that are apparently extremely strict on bladeforums. :rolleyes:

Thanks Mr. Becker. I love my BK-7. If I could only have one "do anything" fixed blade, it would be the one.:thumbup:

I guess I didnt realize that at the time :D

Grabbed the first one as a saver to sell or trade in the future, but then I made the mistake of taking it out of the box. Should have known better, lol. Lets just say another one is now on the way too. And Im really not taking this one out!
 
Any options out there for an affordable aftermarket sheath for the 15? The factory sheath looks nice but better suited to pack carry. I'll probably leave it attached to my Eagle Yote pack and get something a bit simpler for belt carry.
 
Just picked one up also. Amazing price for such a nice knife. I won't say who has a great deal on these but I will say I can not wait to use it i when I go to the Amazon ;)

It seems there are several sites that have them listed around $40 right now.
