I usually go plain edge when buying a knife, but decided to go with a serrated version of the Centofante II (ordered it from abc-direct, should get here in a week)- does anyone own a serrated Centofante- reviews/comments?

Thanks a lot,
Sol

I have a plain edged small centofante (C25). It is my everyday carry knife when I am working in the office and around home. I love that knife! It is the best letter and package opener, string cutter, newspaper article clipper, impromtu whittler, utility knife, etc. that I own. I really like the added security of the secure-lock.

I am personally opposed to serrations because they get in the way of so many things I do with a knife. If you keep a knife very sharp, serrations won't help much for many cutting tasks. But many other folks feel differently about this (e.g. Sal Glessor). I am sure you will like, enjoy, and Love your new knife.
