Just ordered a Delica

Just ordered a Grey handled Delica from Walmart of all places. I will pick her up at the store on Tuesday next week.
Never ordered from WalMart before, I hope they don't screw it up.
 
I'm sure it will be fine.

I have a gray Endura and would like a gray Delica to go with it. Maybe someday.

I hope you enjoy your new knife.
 
A Delica is never a mistake , my knife journey has taken me down many roads , many of them expensive , but none better than the Delica .

I have a grey and a purple Delica. They are fine knives that just get smoother the more you use them. See my post on your other thread.
 
My SB Delica is my carry today. I've been rotating through some knives, and it helps remind me just how much I like the Delica.
 
This will be my everyday carry. I'm going to replace my old schrade that I carry in the bottom of my pocket along with my new Manix 2 LW clipped to the same pocket. I also carry an ESEE Izula in a crossdraw rig.
Laugh if you want but I don't carry a pistol because of meds I take so I just watch where I go and carry knives
 
The Delica is the quintessential Spyderco--all intelligent design, no frills or bling. I have quite a few other knives, but I rarely carry anything ele.
 
A delica was one of the first new knives that I bought, they are terrific blades!
 
I have a black one and an orange one. I think I'll just keep the black one to look at, but make the orange one my edc.
 
Congrats! The Delica is one of my top 3 favorite Spydercos and gets carried more than almost any other. I kind of like the sharper tip like on the older Delicas. They make the tip a little fatter now to make it stronger and many people seem to prefer that. I like a splinter picker tip so I always take 10 minutes to grind the spine down. Other than that, the design is perfect for me!

The Delica is GREAT!! I have three, one is an early version with the molded plastic clip and fully serated blade. I have one with the burnt orange handle and HAP40 blade steel on the way (should arrive tomorrow) and this one which originally had gray handle scales. I dyed them blue and acid stonewashed the blade, pocket clip and back lock.

Picked up my Delica LW from WalMart today, very quick shipping. The blade had some dirt on it the Goof Off took care of and the Spydy hole has tool marks. Doesn't affect the operation which is a little stiff but smooth. I'm going to put a short lanyard on her so I can grab her quickly from the bottom of my pocket. Wish I had more money, I'm getting hooked on Spydy's.
