Congratulations! The U2 is a fine, sturdy, modest sized folder. Mine came very sharp from the factory.

The BM 14205 looks neat. I've never held one.

The U2 is a great knife!

It will see much more carry than the benchmade since it is light and sharp as hell.

U2 is sweet. very utilitarian, no-nonsense design. like the laminated blade too. can take an incredible edge.

I have a U2 which is a fine small to medium folder.It has an excellent edge/edge profile which makes it a fine cutter. The U2 fits the hand very well and is a great user.The BM 14205 was a little bulky for me and I traded it off. But the Axis lock is nice.

I've owned the Benchmade 14205 for several months now, and I love it. It has an extremely comfortable grip and a terrific blade, and it opens and closes the smoothest of any knife I've held. You made an excellent choice.
