Just ordered my Strider

Well I went and ordered my new Strider MH with green cord wrapped handle and tiger stripe finish as seen in American Handgunner. I can't wait for the knife to come in, 6 months, but when it does I'll be sure to give a review. Any other MH model owners out there to tell me what they think of theirs? Others have said they think $325 is alot for this knife but I've seen knives that wouldn't hold up to a tenth of the use or were just made different just to be different and turn out ugly and useless but they were made by "custom" knife makers so they charge much more than Strider. Does it make them worth it? I don't think so. This is a hard use knife and I can't wait to get it and use it.

OK, this really has little to do with Rob's purchase, but I've got a gripe. Can anyone tell me--did the guy who wrote that review in AH actually TOUCH a Strider? I could find no mention at all of his using a knife from Strider for anything, although he did seem impressed with the catalog. I haven't read the catalog, but it sounded like he was copying text out of somebody's catalog--writing that the knife was "an incredible .25 inches thick!" which gave it "incredible strength."
Don't get me wrong, I think Strider Knives look really cool and if I could afford on, I'd have it. That's saying something considering I could get one of the handguns I want for about the same price. But the "review" by American Handgunner just smells bad to me. I paid money for that issue and what value did that article provide in return?
