went to the dulles expo center today for the gun show and bought the rat 5. what an awesome blade i have the rat7 and the rat3 also. hopefully it will be just as loyal as the others ill post more once i break this puppy in. i am however on the prowel for a nice sheath for my rat-5 the factory one is ok and just ok the knife deserves better any ideas? thanks

I just got my Rat 5 this past week..
Pretty nice knife,, not so sure about the finish though...

As for sheaths for the Rat 5..
I will have them available later this week...

I've prototyped them already, and they turned out pretty nice...

I was going to suggest you contact Normark, but HE beat me to it!! His sheaths are awesome!! I got one for my RD 6, and it si amazing.
 
You will not regret buying the RAT 5. Mine has really had a workout. He will make you buy his brothers once you see how well he cuts.
