I literally just picked up the Domino 10 minutes ago. Please excuse the dirty hands and work pants... I just got off work.

So far I'm really impressed! It gave me the first initial "Wow" factor within the first five seconds of handling it just like the Paramilitary 2 and Sage 2 gave me. The flipping action is fluid but it feels like it needs a little break-in period. The lock engagement is rock solid at about 50% lock up on the blade. The size is smaller than I expected, especially the blade... it looks a lot bigger in picture, which is a good thing!

The thumb hole deployment and even backwards middle finger flip are both super easy to do.

The fit and finish is a 10/10 -- Blade is centered, and this thing is flawless! However my blade is dull to the point that I can run my finger across the blade without it grabbing any skin. Very strange for a Spyderco in my experience... It doesn't matter as will just sharpen it myself but its worth noting.

So far, I'm very happy with the purchase, if you were remotely thinking about getting one I'd have to suggest you try it out!

Looks good, I really hope spyderco will make more variations of flippers. Thats odd that it is dull out of the box. I just got a pm2 and the point on that thing cleanly sliced a nice area of my palm this am. Sharp as *&$^.

Congrats... I've had mine a couple days now and really diggin' it too!

Regarding the edge... mine is the same way... however, don't mistake a highly refined non-toothy edge for a dull one. This is the smoothest most polished edge I've ever received on a Spyderco. You can run your finger along the edge and it doesn't "bite" because there's no tooth (at least on mine, yours is probably similar). Toothy edges have that aggressive bite to them that makes them feel sharp to the finger... a polished edge feels smooth when you thumb it or run your finger along the edge... but will cut like a demon. BEFORE you go to sharpening your Domino... try it on some phonebook paper... if yours is anything like mine you will see how sharp it really is... mine slices phonebook paper like a laser! VERY SHARP!!! Sharpest Spydie I've even seen out of the box in fact. Feels like I just got done sharpening it on my Wicked Edge. Most impressive.

Of course, maybe yours is just dull. :) But test it first... it may be that it's just a polished edge like mine. ;)
