I buy knives to use, so I will carry it and use it, but I wont abuse it.

I like to think of it as a long term investment that I can have fun with!

Jerry is my "teacher", living only 35 miles from me, and I have been to his shop many, many, many times.
I have first hand, not only seen, but have done grunt work in his shop while he's making his world famous Turkish Twist.
The man takes NO shortcuts - at anything.
His attention to detail is completely anal.

That's amazing you get so see Jerry at work. When i picked up the knife i was overwelmed why the beauty of the knife.
