Leatherman ps4 and a tritium key fob.

My Sear's 4-way keychain screw driver and my old issue P-38 can opener have served well for 40 years. The keychain screw driver handles both flat and phillips, and the P-38 has lots of uses. The both fit in the zipper part of my wallet, with a few other odds and ends that are useful to have along.

I make mine out of acrylic tube and bare vials.

For pre-fabbed ones I would check CPFmarketplace (the exchange forum part of candlepowerforum)

Those are by far the nicest tritium fobs I've ever seen. I have two of them and they are awesome. I don't put them on my keys though.
