hey guys i dont post much but i read/lurk a ton. i had bought the lite-machete a few months back and loved it (after i modified the scales to fit my hand like a glove). i had been looking for a "do it all" knife. in other words i wanted to edc it, dayhikes, overnighters, extended stay, mtn biking...whatever. i really like the izula IIs but there wasnt enough blade. the 4 looked very satisfying but in my state if i edc'd it i could get arrested. that left me with one choice the 3!

now the next question: mil, serrations, or plain? this took me about a month to deliberate. i wont re-hash all the pros/cons since we all know them...wound up getting the plain....the real selling point was that the cutting edge is 3 3/8" (state law allows 4" and under) and the warranty is unbeatable (which led me to esee in the first place), and the folks at esee seem to be on the same wavelength as me (as do the people who buy them...minus the throwers). anyways id love to see some 3 pics while im waiting for mine....just to ease the pain!:D thanks!
