just quick question

I apologize before hand if this isn't the appropriate place for this post but I need some advice. I am a Paramedic and do some tactical operations and was looking for a Kick A$$ little fixed blade for work. I just ordered a CRK Shadow III from Onestopknifeshop. I got an E-mail back saying 8 weeks minimum as it's on backorder. Is it like this, wait-wise from other cutlery dealers? Should I hold up and wait the 8 weeks or is there another dealer out there that commonly has them in stock? I usually get my stuff from 1SKS and they have been really good.
 
call Dennis Wright in La Mesa,ca. He has a large supply of CRknives in stock and I think he had one in stock or even one of the other 4' class fixed CR's.

That said I order from Spark also so I'm not trying to draw you away from him,but suggesting a good dealer.
 
Actually it turns out that we've got them inbound. CRK had a few left over at the end of this current run and we have them on the way according to our rep. So, that 8 weeks figure turns out to be a little off. More like 1 week now.

Spark's as good as his word, got the knife yesterday and am using it today at work. Thanks to Onestop for the service!
 
if you dont care for the sheath it comes with , the knife will fit in the one for the Aviator. Or you might get a kydex sheath for it. Those are way cool.Its a good knife,I've had mine for a couple of years and I love it.
