Just received my 15" BAS

Man, what a blade!!! Its my first Khukri. All I can say is I want a 16.5" or 18" whatever.....soon!

Seriously, it does get me wanting a loger blade. It is perfect for my hiking through underbrush though. I can see where an 16.5 or 18 inch blade would chop much better, but this is far from a let down.
Now to decide what style next? Simply AK or go for the WWII?
I liked the GS too.

You get a much better idea of what you want when you start chopping stuff with it. I originally wanted to get a 30" sirupati. Then I started chopping wood with my BAS and found out how weak I was. Now I only buy kagas katnes.
