Wow,

I just received my RAT RC-4, plain blade, Desert Tan from www.knivesshipfree.com and boy am I pleased!! :D

Their customer service is GREAT!!! I had a little problem with my order (knife color), and they went above and beyond to make sure I had my new knife in my hands, ready for the coming 3-day weekend! :thumbup:

A big THANK YOU to both Derrick and Wendy at KSF!!! :thumbup:

I will definately be buying more RAT products from them in the future!
 
I have NEVER heard negative comments about KSF. They do their very best to make you happy. Kudos to Derrick and Wendy.
 
Congrats on your new RAT! I also bought my first RAT (an RC-4) from KSF. Derrick is my go-to dealer.
 
Just got back in from a whittling session with my son - I love this knife! He had to try it too.

It cuts wood so effortless, and easy. I just can't put this knife down. It's going to get some using this weekend!

Shaving sharp out of the box.

I got my first RAT, an rc-4 form KSF and it got here in 3 days. and i had a question for derrick and i emailed him and got a response about 10 min later lol! KSF is my top cutlery website!
 
they is good people! got my first rat from them, second from somewhere else, and while i had good service elsewhere KSF will continue to get my business because they do things like this, and ship lightning fast
 
Yep both my RATs came from KSF. They are AWESOME! In a world of outsourced customer "service" They go above and beyond.

Supporting ones "product" is why I buy RATs and its why I will buy from KSF again!
 
You guys are killing me with all of these stories of your new Rat knives. I don't have any Rats yet, but I think it's only a matter of time. I also think that its not a matter of which one I buy, but what order I buy them in.

It's a good thing I've got an understanding wife.:cool:
