I've just received Specwar-A BTS :) When I compare it to my tanto Specwar I must say that clip point version looks MUCH BETTER to me. Overall look and blade-to-handle proportions are better. But the only strange thing is that when I compare pictures of Specwars A and B tanto looks better and that was the reason I bought tanto first.

And what's your opinion about Specwars? DO you like A or B? Yeah, I know both are cool. And please 2Sharp - don't say "get SOCFK " or "Emerson without a wave is like ..." ;)

Waddaya mean?? it's the truth man, the TRUTH! ;)

I like the shape of my SpecWar A, in mil-spec and thick body version, but it'd been mucho better if it was in B format, can't have too many tantos..tantos ROCK! :)

A have a Specwar A-GTS and i love it!!!!!! I would like to get a B but i prefer the clippoint :)

:) :) :) a couple of smilies for you Ken LOL

2Sharp, it just means that I'll get SOCFK anyway :) but just have to wait a bit :( First I need to buy a new amplifier and a harp microphone. Playing blues is for me almost as relaxing as playing with my Emersons

I picked up a Spec-War A a couple of weeks ago from a local dealer. I was so impressed by the fit, finish, QC and feel of the kinfe, that I went back and bought another one the following day (olive green scales). Same great lock up and QC. I had heard mixed reviews of Emerson knives, but these two are perfect.

Moral of the story? Go out and handle it on your own and stop listening to the anecdotal tales that tend to float around.
