Just recieved a handle order

This is the second time I have ordered from House Handles. I don't just get one or two either. I get what I can't pick off the shelf in the sizes most stores don't carry. I received a phone call within two hours of placing my order from Ken House, because I had special instructions and Ken thought I probably needed no varnish and thought I may have over looked that. I received my order in less than a week. They where as I specified.
It was great service for a company that supply's thousands of handles to some big store chains. They are all nice handles.

Just saying that there are company's that still do things the old fashion way. Its a breath of fresh air in todays mass produced goods.
 
First class handles are or have become a niche market and it would do the reputation of a large manufacturer well to humour those few thousand of us that curse the second, third and forth rate offerings at hardware stores. We owe it to ourselves, and to HH, to admit to being axe forum members. Most folks wouldn't recognize a good haft if it 'came up and bit them on the ass' (to paraphrase Frank Zappa).
 
Good to know...that call about the lacquer shows they pay attention. I've been happy with everything I've ordered from them so far, and no complaints!
