smaller than it looks...great g10 scales...super tight lockup...great feel in the hand...no clip placement holes though i dont mind...I think its a real nice knife $136 frm NG...black blade....just thought i'd share...paul
 
congratulations. I like this knife, but can not afford, all money spend on Spyderco.

I've had a couple of the Al Mar Nomads (satin blade)...Excellent little folders!.
 
It's a great design. Unfortunately, like the Spydie Persian, it just doesn't fit my hand.
 
I would love to see this knife in a larger format.....say a 4.0" blade, with the rest of the knife beefed up. Would work for me. Of course I also like it in the current format!:D
 
I love my nomad. Keep your eyes open for the new mini SERE 2000. It's awesome I handled it at the Vegas shot show. It's definately my next purchase.
