Good find William:thumbup:

IMO people think they need more money but what they really need is more time.

Time for stuff like that, contemplation, and cooking health stuff.

Finding time to do that sort of stuff will save you money in the long run.

Yep, of course all the things that are supposed to save you time, like fast food contribute to poor health. That and getting too wrapped up in work/career and letting occupational stress feed into self identity and stress at home.

Read my sig line it's words to live by. The simpler you live the less money you need. The less money you need the less you need to work. The less you work the more time you have. The more time you have the more you can fill it with the the things you LIKE to do as opposed to the things you HAVE to do.

"The things you own end up owning you."-Tyler Durden

said by Brad Pitt--a man worth tens of Millions of dollars

There is a point to it--but the point is best remembered as Money can not buy Happiness--but the lack of it --makes life MUCH harder.

The philosopher Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king. Said Aristippus, "If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils." Said Diogenes, "Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king." -Song of the Bird, Anthony de Mello

Bingo! But I do also agree that your possessions can end up 'owning' you, in that sometimes you work just to keep up with society/the Jones'.

We all make choices. You do what you have to, and you make your own priorities. If getting down time is important to you, you'll make the sacrifices to make it happen.

There is one park with decent trails near me. I think I could walk them blindfolded from going there so much, but it still beats not getting out. I'm really jealous of those of you that can walk out your front door and into the woods...
