So while looking around at forum sponsors I found that Knife Works has a big sale going on right now for Spyderco Knives. I was going to wait but I couldn't help myself, the prices were too good to pass up for instance: Para Military 2s for $100.76! The prices are pretty good, better than I've seen in the last month! I was going to wait till next week but I'll be damned, I ordered another Spyderco. Being that the Manix 2 G-10 is now my favorite I figured why not get it's sibling, the Manix 2 G-10 black DLC coated blade. The sale is on everything from budget to high end. I just thought I'd give everyone a heads up as the prices are pretty damn good!
 
Knifeworks.com just sent me a notification that my Manix 2 has shipped! Wow that was fast, I'll be looking at them for sure for future orders. Now it's just a waiting game, I put some pics up when it comes in. I can't wait!
 
I have to second your point and add that people at knife works are great people to deal with
I have an order waiting to be shipped at this time and they have kept me informed of delays, status, etc...

Knife Works is my #2 dealer behind Jeff at Cutlery Shoppe. They are both outstanding. KW is only #2 because I've been dealing with Jeff a lot longer (placed my first order from him in the late 90s).
 
Threads like this are killing me, my wife just put a knife purchasing ban on me when she wrapped her head around how many I've accumulated in the last year (which is not actually that many, maybe a dozen?) ... need to find a way to block out the awesome deal threads
 
Of course I love Spydercos. My #1 company. The only thing that has slowed my obsession is having found a knife that seems to have displaced my other nice folders...at least for now.
Yeah, everybody has his/her own favorite...

My last purchase (about a week ago) was a regular Manix 2 from Cutlery Shoppe, they ship fast too. National Knives is another that shipped stupid fast. I have to slow down, I've been eyeing a couple different bottles of single malt scotch but Spyderco has been getting all my "fun" money. I've been looking at another PM2, the DLC bladed version. My satin PM2 feels a little lost without his brother.
 
They sometimes do, but in the proper sub forum.

The for sale by dealer section on the exchange.

Otherwise the discussion sections would be "spammed" with sale postings.
 
Yep, KW is my favorite dealer to work with. Great communication and super fast shipping. They are coming out with some spyderco exclusives this year too I believe!! :eek: Their brick and mortar shop is in Columbia, Louisiana about 45 minutes from where I grew up. I have been there several times but try not to go on every visit home because I never walk out empty handed. :rolleyes:
