yeh, it's wild, one of those things that happen once in a very great while. Opening bid was $125, so knowing I'd be outbid in the intervening 6 days, I bid $125 instead of just my normal "watch the bidding" fun.
Somehow that knife slipped under everybody's radar and no one (apparently) saw it.
Hey, it happened to my pal Jim with an awesome Taylor guitar, he was the only bidder on a Taylor that should have received acres of attention.
Wild, I tell ya, simply wild.

yep, that's the one: NOT the anniv. issue, just yer normal basic SOG Super Bowie.
PERFECT for me !! My knives get beat and thrashed a lot, it doesn't take long for the leather handle to get well-conditioned, and the bluing doesn't last long either.
Hmmmm, I wonder how long this Ti coating will stay in place ??
