Congradulations,she's a beaut!I've always loved Randalls designs and their wonderful quality.I had a few myself in the past,I've always felt they were a good value for the money.Enjoy your new addition.

I don't know just yet... I have to recover ($) from this one first :-). But I do like the Model 17 "Astro" or the Model 2 "Fighting Stiletto".

Can someone explain what the para-cord laced through the holes on the belt loop of the sheath is for...? I am trying to figure it out...

Hi Jason,
That's a beautiful knife! I believe the paracord is for lashing it to you equipment, or your leg, etc.
Go for the model 2 next.I'm a little partial to them

This one was copied from the Randall catalog and customized for me with the barbell replacing the guard, with my 2 sons names in the weights.Sorry about the lousy pic. Dave

If you were refering to the randall, it is a Border Patrol style handle. :-)

Randalls are greatr knives Jason. Do yourself a favor and take it out and get it dirty. I have a model 14 that I take when I go hunting for wild pig. Enjoy Brother!
