I was going through my collection looking for a knife for Bawanna, glad to say I found it, and I found some knives and sheaths, I thought they might be of interest to the newbies, and a nostalgic remembrance for the older members. I have too many knives, and swords to name, but these are definitely some of my favorites!

Don't remember what it was called, but I really love it. No maker's mark.

I remember you beating me to that Bashpati, she's a beauty. I think several others were going for that one too. I miss Pugs around here. Made durn nice sheaths. I should try to contact him and stir him up a bit.

The Bashpati was the very first knife I ever bought off the forum. I had bought off the website only a BAS, Silver mounted AK, and UBE, a month before snagging the Bashpati, after that, I just went on a tear for a few years. Don't get me wrong, I still come in often to see what's on the menu, if I see a nice one, I'll try for it!

I think that second knife was a Himalayan Razor? Love it! Yeah that Bashpati is bad to the bone. I cried when that one sold! Still dont have one!

a Himalayan razor? maybe....I really don't remember it. I was so hyped when I got the bashpati, my first ever off of BF. I would send it to you brother, but I just love this one way too much to give it up.

Man, that bashpati is gorgeous!
It needs a Pugs sheath. I've had two sheaths made by him. My big VUK by Purna in the Pugs sheath is my favorite carry rig. I should post a pic of it.

The bashpati may be my favorite self defense khukuri. I used to carry mine in a shoulder rig.

Pugs can make a sheath, He's done several for me. I may ask him to make one for my bashpati one day.

I got this Ultimate Fighter by Vim about four years ago. From a web site that must go unnamed here. Knife and sheath absolutely gorgeous. I forget how much I paid for it, but my thought at the time was that the sheath alone was worth that much. The knife is 17.5" OAL, and weighs 36oz, with a walnut handle.

Fighting sword (saber) by Rajkumar. 28" OAL, scabbard is grey horn with brass trim. From the collection of the late Bigbore577. I wondered at first what was the purpose of the extreme curve. Then I realized that it allows the wielder to swing the blade backwards over the shoulder, impaling someone approaching too closely from behind.
