Just starting a collection

The only person that should decide if something is a "keeper" is the alleged collector. If the contents of your collection are no good to you unless others say so, then it is time to ask yourself if you are collecting or looking for approval and validation period.
 
Jesus, Brent, can you not post without the snark? Your superior than thou attitude is starting to wear thin. New guy to axes that is looking for some assistance as to how to judge whether a head is good or bad and you cannot resist pissing all over him as well as other participants in the forum. Go back and take a long hard look at ALL your posts - same thing in all of them. I am hesitant to say anything, but everytime I see one of your posts, its the same thing.
 
I for one think it's a pretty neat and clean head for a first head. they cant all be Rixfords, especially in today's market where i have seen woodslashers marked at $135.
Collins commanders are a little uncommon anyway, especially connies/tazzies.

I think thats a solid head for a user and a nice little nest egg.
 
I’m always looking for approval and validation, but I suck at video games, so the usual sources are unavailable to me. This is the only place I can get approved and validated, and Brent refuses to cooperate. I think I’ll sit right down and cry.

I'm not in this sub forum much but I agree with this opinion
