I love brass and I love axes, so I decided to make myself a little combination of the two to keep in my pocket like one might do with a coin or token.

I just jumped right in with a picture of a beautiful Michigan pattern in my head, I didn't have a real plan or draw anything out and this is what I came up with.

I suppose if I had a plan I'd likely have went a little bigger and made a keychain.

What, no phantom bevels?! Beautiful work! T-A

Thanks.

If I had put surface details into it that would have been a good way to go.
Maybe I'll get some thicker brass at some point and make a full 4 dimensional version.
At that point things like lugs and bevels and things could be done, challenging and maybe beyond my skill but I'd try it.
Probably start I.wood first.

You should just try moving up to 3 dimensions before you jump all the way to the 4th. ;)
