A few weeks ago, I said here that I wrote to Yangdu and had no answer, but that maybe I just got right in her junk mail.

Well, that theory seemed right.

I wrote her from my college address and got an answer in a few hours the first time, and in a few minutes the second.

So, don't use a hotmail address to write her and everything will be fine.

I use hotmail, yahoo and gmail...they have all always worked just fine talking to Yangdu.

I think your problem, whatever it was, was a one-time thing.

Let's say it another way: If you don't have an answer, just try another email address.

Good on you, sir. I know the DOTD can be frustrating sometimes, but you can't beat Yangdu for service. I am glad you've had a better experience, and soon, a khuk of your own.
