I own a gunshop here in Texas, and sometimes run across some good trades. The only problem with it is I want to keep all of them. Earlier this morning I traded for a Buck Kalinga in mint condition with sheath in a wood Buck Kalinga box. The box has two knives crossed with a banner with Buck Knives on the top. The blade has Buck KALINGA USA and thats it, and I believe the handle is micarta. I don't want to sell or trade this one, but I would like to know what it is worth. Thanks, RattlerXX

Rattler,
The Kalingas with the "hinged" wood box are the earliest. The handle material will be Black micarta. There are some with red, although they are rare. The black handled ones tend to sell for about $150 or so. The red micarta ones can fetch $200.

Hope this helps,
