Just upgraded account to knifemaker, won't let me update user group!

It's not giving me the option to upgrade from gold in my user groups section. I have paid already (of course) just wondering if it takes a while to refresh or something?

How did you do the upgrade, through the automated system or through the non-automated, $65 method?

I used paypal. Cost was 60$
