Just wanna say a public thanks to Maureen and Wendy in customer service...

I needed a sheath for a knife no longer in production, so I contacted Camillus customer service.

There was some initial confusion about which knife we were talking about, but the bottom line is the ladies took care of the problem, got me the correct sheath, and on top of that it cost me nothing.

Over time I've seen some comments here about bad customer service, but all I can say is that wasn't my experience - Maureen and Wendy did a great job for me.
 
Nice to read something postive here about Camillus. I still wish they would be a little more active here, and not just by hawking thier latest blades.

Someone must have figured out that this place wasn't doing anything positive for the company's bottom line, so why bother. Tying a person up answering posts here costs money and it must not be worth it. Considering the size of the overall market, I doubt the participants in any of these forums really make much of a difference in a large company's balance sheet.
