Just want to confirm my Spartan is legit...

Going off information about the current Cold Steel Spartan, mine seems to be legit, but I wanted to make sure. It has the black hardware for the clip, no writing on the clip and markings in the right places.

The fakes have one less scallop per scale than the real one's (next to the pocket clip mounting holes)
