Hi from River's Edge Cutlery!
We are new here but not to knives! We have been in business since 2003 with just a brick and mortar store in Columbus, OH and we are finally expanding to an online store! We are a stocking dealer for Benchmade, Zero Tolerance, Strider, Hinderer, Chris Reeve, Microtech, Spyderco, and many more! If it's in-stock on the website, it's in-stock at the store and ready to ship out the same day in most cases. I feel you man. There's not one good knife store in the entire Kansas City area where I live and it drives me insane :mad:

Sure, I can go to a local gun store and find a small selection of over-priced knives and try a couple of them, but I always end up having to just buy online without ever getting the chance to try the knife 99% of the time, especially since I like the higher-end production brands like Hinderer, CRK, and Strider, and I also got into customs in the last few months.

I would absolutely love to have a local store that actually dealt in higher-end knives, especially since they removed ALL restrictions on knives for carrying in Kansas last year. :(

Oh well, I'll just keep wish in one hand, and...well, some of you might know that one ;)
 
River's Edge are good people. I bought my first 0562cf from them right after they were available for sale after finding them under ZTs dealer list. I was able to get it over the phone with PayPal too! Welcome to the forum.
 
That looks like a very nice place to go check and and purchase knives. I started buying some new knives this year and I would have really appreciated a b&m where I could have had a little more time to handle different knives. Continued success to you and again, welcome to the forum.

Best knife shop I've ever been to in Ohio, best service friendly staff and competitive prices. They are who really started my passion for knives actually, getting to go there and handeling the knives just ignited the passion. I trust them with everything knife and I'm glad they are now part of the forum :) also going to make a trip up there this weekend to hopefully purchase my next knife.
