Just watched Cold Steel DVD(s)

Pretty interesting stuff in these dvds. Some cool tests of their knives, though not many tests. Same three or four tests shown for each of their knife product lines. I don't own any CS knives but wanted to see how they were tested none the less. Watched most of it and 4x'ed the rest, spear and throwing knives not much interest to me.

Overall good dvd for free. If interested call their Special Projects number and ask for the free DVD, tell you saw to ad in GUNWORLD or similar gun mag.

I just checked out the latest Special Projects catalog and must say I have a newfound respect for Mr. Thompson. How many other company presidents will try their pepper-spray on themselves?

The Busse Combat Knives website has some pretty nifty videos of their proof tests using INFI. Pretty nifty and some hotties doing some proof tests techniques, too. I just got done watching the DVD and enjoyed it.Mr.Thompson really knows how to market his products.I have used his knives for years and luv em,I dont know why they get such a bad rap but you cant beat the price of his choppers.All the carbon 5 is good stuff I care very little for the stainless stuff though.I have an ATC chopper I have had for around 7-8 years and have used it so much that the handle has wear spots on it.It has been really abused more than any knife I have ever owned and still performs great.
